IShowSpeed Offers $5,000 Reward for Lost $20,000 Earring After Sidemen Charity Match

Popular YouTube streamer IShowSpeed is offering a generous $5,000 cash reward to anyone who can find one of his valuable custom earrings lost during post-match celebrations at Wembley Stadium.

The 20-year-old content creator, who boasts over 36.4 million YouTube subscribers, participated in the highly anticipated Sidemen Charity Match alongside some of the internet’s biggest personalities. After struggling to score in previous charity events, Speed impressively found the net twice as his YouTube All-Stars team secured a dramatic victory over Sidemen members including KSI, Wroetoshaw, Miniminter, and Vikkstar123 in a penalty shootout.

Speed’s performance earned him an outstanding 9.2 rating on FotMob, making him the second-highest rated player on the YouTube All-Stars team. However, his day took an unfortunate turn during post-match festivities.

The $20,000 Lightning Bolt Earring Mishap

During celebrations following the match, Speed slipped on the stairs at Wembley Stadium and lost one of his custom-made $20,000 lightning bolt earrings. The unique piece of jewelry was recently crafted by Los Angeles jeweler adkillaink, who had posted about the custom creation on Instagram just three weeks prior.

According to the jeweler’s post, the earrings featured:

  • A Flash logo design
  • 25-pointer VVS/DEF diamonds
  • No fluorescent stones
  • Hand-set in solid 18-karat gold

Visibly distressed about the loss, Speed addressed the situation during his live stream: “I was filming on the stairs [when it happened]. It’s over. Someone stole that from the crowd. Yo, if there’s anyone in the crowd who finds my earrings, I’ll give you a $5,000 reward. It’s posted on Twitter.”

He added emphatically, “I spent too much on those earrings. And they’re new.”

Following the incident, the social media account Speedy HQ shared a clip of Speed’s reaction on X (formerly Twitter), stating: “Speed just lost his $20,000 earring after slipping on the stairs and is offering $5,000 to whoever gets them back to him. Text us with proof to claim your reward.”

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time Speed has lost an earring. During a previous trip to Argentina, the streamer alerted his security team when he believed someone in a crowd had taken one of his valuable accessories.

The charity match itself was an action-packed affair, ending 9-9 in regular time with notable participants including:

  1. Logan Paul
  2. ChrisMD
  3. Kai Cenat
  4. Joe Weller
  5. Niko Omilana
  6. Stable Ronaldo

The YouTube All-Stars ultimately claimed victory by converting all five penalty kicks, while Sidemen member Miniminter had his effort saved by goalkeeper Stretch.

The match drew a near sell-out crowd at Wembley Stadium, with Theo Baker scoring a hat-trick during regular time.
